An insert cutting tool is one that does not need to be replaced as it dulls from cut to cut, rather it is equipped with consumable blades that are removed and “inserted” back into the cutter body. Techno CNC’s blades are sharpened on all four sides allowing users to rotate each blade FOUR times before needing a replacement. The brand new IN2121212-2S spoilboard surface cutter is a 2-1/2” diameter tool built to rout at high speeds, leaving in its wake a satisfyingly smooth surface and beautiful edge.
